Extended connection class in etherpad/rudel-etherpad-client.el

  (rudel-etherpad-client-connection::transport): new slot; stores the
  transport used by the connection
  (rudel-etherpad-client-connection::info): new slot; stores the
  connection info used by the connection
  (rudel-etherpad-client-connection::initialize-instance): build a
  transport filter stack and install a filter function
