1. Upgraded to CutTools version 1.8.7 (Tested)
2. Automatic synchronization of tarball with ref folder in IOTest
3. When running IOTests with '-f' it is the the '--semiForce' mode.
   Use '-F' for the old '--force' option (prefer '-f' please).
