Added Makefile.am for monodevelop

Other changes:
* Removed the dependency on xbuild as tomboy datasource was not using it
* Move from gmcs to dmcs in tomboy datasource
* Monodevelop addin cannot do local-install
* Updated .bzrignore to stop bothering with those output files
