Update qemu dependency for virt-host and server-ship

The new qemu package layout has qemu-kvm depending on qemu-system,
which provides qemu-system for all architectures (including lm32,
which requires libGL).

All we actually need is the qemu-system-$arch for the native
architecture.  This patch changes that.
