Bug 1125993: to make the time interval between checks done by log copying thread configurable
--log-copy-interval (milliseconds) option has been added both to xtrabackup
and innobackupex, doc has been updated, testcase for this option has been
added.
Appropriate sleep in xtrabackup has been replaced with os_event_wait_time.
