allow phablet-test-run to collect artifacts upon on error

phablet-test-run now has the ability to return the error code from
autopilot. However, when the -o option is used it fails to collect
the logs because it runs with "set -e". This change allows the script
to continue and try to collect log files upon an autopilot testcase
error.
