Added a log parser to check for specified error messages
    It uses yaml files to describe the log file and what error
    messages it should look for. There are two levels that can be
    specified, error if you want the test to fail and warning if you
    just want the message reported in the logs. It uses python
    regular expressions to match the message.
Added an install test that uses the pts smoke test to stress the system
and then runs the log parser on the system to check for known errors.
