Added generate_poses.py utility to generate a list of poses around an object.
20 grasps and 20 pregrasps are generated.
A list of sql insert sentences is printed to the standard output.
Harcoded parameters are:
distance from the object vertical (z) axis
heigth along the object vertical axis
scaled_model_id of the objec in the database
