Merge lp:~mitya57/ubuntu-themes/remove-desktop

* Remove user-desktop.icon, we no longer use it in window switcher
  and it looks uglier than its humanity equivalent.
  + Remove no longer needed build-dependencies on ubuntu-wallpapers
    and imagemagick.
  + Remove no longer needed code in debian/rules.
