describe-snapshots: add additional fields to output

ec2-describe-snapshots outputs 
  "id", "volume_id", "status", "start_time", "progress",
  "owner_id", "volume_size", "description"

This modifies euca-describe-snapshots to match, by adding the 3 additional
fields "owner_id", "volume_size", "description".

If any field is not present in the response, an empty string will be used.
