cstack-mirror: update for new mirror-glance usage

this should only change anything if you were passing a path
parameter. If you were, then now you need '--path='.

Also, the filters have now changed to be appended.
ie '--item-filter' changed to additional positional arguments.
from:
  sstream-mirror-glance --item-filter=ftype=disk1.img ... mirror-url
to:
  sstream-mirror-glance ... mirror-url ftype=disk1.img
