add ec2-disk2ebs

this is mostly copied from ec2-image2ebs.
The 2 differences are:
 a.) it does not do any of the modifications to the image.
     It just does a 'dd'.
 b.) it assumes you're on the instance that you're working with.
     ec2-image2ebs ssh's to the other system.  This just executes
     locally.
