snappy,daemon: remove the meta repositories abstractions

This is a mostly mechanical branch. It removes the Meta*Repository abstractions. They were useful when we had multiple local snap directories and a system-image component. Because we have only a single /snaps directory now and no system-image we don't need the abstractions anymore.
