Add autogenerated icon to show modifiers status

- Keep label as alternative (it's much faster then icon which is reloaded from file)
- Update copyright using real name
- Now indicator only updated when there change in mods or locked_mods registers
- Icon only updated if there is a change in theme path or icon name, "./" with counter workarround to force update
- Some clean up
