Add cloud-files-uploader binary.
Removed crunch in main.__init__ and add a new CLI cloud-files-uploader
which allow you to upload directly to Cloud Files from the command
line. For packaging I should serparate -common -bin and nautilus
extensions but well i let that to a proper packager ;).
