Tiny change, in short:
 1) SFLPhone replaced with Jitsi
 2) adapted TeamViwer script to TV8 
 3) added a simple&raw FreeDNS update client

In details:
 1) SFLPhone seems to have some problems on various Ubuntu setup (call drop
    after some time, account registration problem etc.) Jitsi (formerly SIP
    Communicator) despite it's state (and it's Java base) work far better 
    for me... Zoiper can be a, proprietary, alternative to Jitsi.

 2) TeamViwer 8 use a non-setuid daemon that must run as root and by default
    is launched via Upstart at boot. I dislike this approach so I wrap TV8
    to run the daemon via sudo (but pkexec or setuid script are also ok):
    teamviewerd will run *only* when you run the client.

 3) With GoGoc IPv6 can be easily available everywire for nomadic user, to
    make them easily reachable by anywire I choose FreeDNS and write a simple
    update client because I can't find a suitable one...
