[r=ricardokirkner] Report statsd metrics for piston handlers as separate keys.

The standard django_statsd middleware reports all piston handlers
to the same key, because they all use Resource as the view class.

This adds a subclass of that middleware that reports Resource.handler
for piston resources, which means that each API handler will be
reported to a separate key.
