Pass "-no-home" to elinks when creating doc to avoid the annoying errors

Pass "-no-home" to elinks when creating text files from HTML, to avoid the
annoying errors when creating the localised documentation (with "terminal
beep" included):

  "ERROR at home.c:156: Unable to find or create ELinks config directory.
   Please check if you have $HOME variable set correctly and if you have
   write permission to your home directory."
