IAccessible NVDAObject: do not cache the role. Although it may have sped things up a bit. There are times when we do need to know if its changed. E.g. it becomes invalid. The caching of the role was also breaking Adobe virtualBuffers alot. With this change, now hopefully page changes should be detected better in Adobe Reader. Added NVDAObjects/IAccessible/adobe.py which contains Document and Page NVDAObjects for Adobe reader. These queue a focus event via there valueChanged event, which makes sure that an adobe virtualBuffer is properly loaded for new documents etc. With these changes it now seems that virtualBuffers are properly loading for documents in Adobe reader 9 at least. I would also assume Adobe Reader 8.
