iTunes appModule: rewrite the logic that chooses when to use an ITunesItem NVDAObject class (that pulls apart the accDescription in to the appropriate position information) to take in to account the fact that the iTunes play list can contain treeview items (in the case of the Radio stations play list). This now means that when navigating the radio station categories, the appropriate position information (level, x, and y of z) is announced correctly.
