* fix LP: #272185 - iwl3945 + iwl4965 -- network-manager will not connect to
  a WPA EAP (Enterprise) network (disassociating by local choice (reason=3)
  ); we workaround this driver/wpasupplicant bug by giving association more
  time (e.g. 60sec instead of 25sec)
