* fix LP: #281187: NetworkManager crashed with SIGSEGV in nl_addr_get_len();
  we dont set libhal properties anymore, but instead use the result directly
  to categorize GSM/CDMA modems
  - update debian/patches/add_probe_for_v250_modems.patch
