* Put call to dh_installdeb after call to dh_python. Fixes purge
of python2.3-subversion (closes: #308777)
* Disable full testsuite. All archs have already past it. No need to
burden the autobuilders with all the tests.
* Set DEB_BUILDDIR correctly since something is apparently setting it
incorrectly.
