dxgitrace: Fix building with MSBuild.
MSBuild appears to silently ignore a library with no C/C++ source files.
(MSVC w/ Ninja works fine.)
This change adds a stub C++ source file, thereby making MSBuild happy
and eliminating the need of /NOENTRY.
