[gnuoy,r=mthaddon,thedac] Main change is to allow the connecting service to provide a dbname but not require it. The precise postgres charm currently fails if a dbname is not supplied. By letting the connecting charm supply a dbname it makes this charm behave consistently with the postgres charm. Also bug fix around credentials being stored in a db specific file which can cause multiple entries in userlist.txt for the same user
