tests: Ensure we don't leave remmina and other processes open

Close programs if we started them in
autopilot.tests.functional.test_open_window.OpenWindowTests.test_open_window

This prevents remmina from staying running after the tests, and also ensures
that we don't leak stdout to a forever-running processes, which makes piping
autopilot's stdout into e. g. tee hang.
