Added a Play Queue feature.

The Play Queue is a representation of the current list of tracks that will
be played. The Play Queue is populated based on the context from which a 
begins playing a song.  If the user navigates to an album and selects a song,
then all songs from that album are added to the play queue. Similarly if
the user selects a song from a playlist, all songs in that playlist are added
to the play queue.

The current feature allows the user to see the current play queue and to
switch to any track in the queue by selecting it. Future revisions will
allow the user to add new songs to the current play queue, effectively
creating an on-the-fly playlist.
