Use netcat-openbsd instead of netcat-traditional; we currently have two netcats
in main and the situation with the netcat transitional package and the netcat
Provides was starting to get messy.  Server packages depend on netcat-openbsd,
soafter discussion with Soren, it seems that netcat-openbsd is what we want.
