-       Added new functions, which replace the stress tensor of particles on the z- or x-boundaries by the stress tensor of the neighbor particles in the same layer. 
        This might hopefully reduce the problems with non-preiodic boundaries in combination with viscoelasticity.

        The function does 2 runs: the first run considers only boundary particles which *have* non-boundary neighbors, the second run considers only the *previously omitted* boundary particles, which get now the average stress of particles which have been considered in the run before.

        To work correctly (in particular with the viscoelastic deformation function) the function recalculates *only* the stress tensor by the neighbor average. all other stress parameters (princuipal stress, mean stress, differential stress, model stress tensor) are subsequently calculated from the stress tensor.
