✨ Add state to ExtantOpponent

ExtantOpponent now has an internal state that says whether the opponent
 is on patrol, actively hunting the dragon, or hurt by the dragon.
 Accordingly, I changed the movement functions because other opponents
 would move at different speeds depending on the state.
