Reversed mode order by default.
Put battery check mode on "short-press from off, long-press" by default.
Fixed bug where battery check mode stacked up button presses while on.
(could make the mode be weird next time it turns on, by accident)
Made the battery indicator lights go dim while the light is off.
(standby power draw dropped from 1.23A to 0.36A)
Built precompiled.hex with some extra avr-objcopy options which might
make it easier to flash on some versions of avrdude.
