First mostly-working rev of the ramping UI! Woot!
It doesn't yet stop at the top/bottom, but it does do the auto-reversing
when the user ramps again before it has "settled" for 2 seconds, and it
also does the on/off toggle with a short press (with memory). And all
the voltage stuff is working, and I think even low-batt stepdown is good too!
