Added soft-lock mode.  Hold for ~3s from off to lock or unlock.
By default, start in 'low' mode, not moon.
Made moon-from-off not ramp, it bypasses the ramp mechanism.
  (user must release then hold again to ramp up to a higher mode)
Made unlock return user to the last mode they were in, not counting
  the moon activation which happens on the way to getting locked.
