Enabled, fixed, and tested turbo step-down.
Will probably disable it by default later to make room for other stuff,
  but at least it works.  Not sure why comparing current level to 255 didn't
  work, but comparing mode index to the size of the array does the right thing.
Updated prev_mode() to work with current UI.
Wrapped more voltage-related stuff in #defines to make it easier to disable.
