Fixes for build scripts
Use our CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS when building for build-dpkg.sh.
Add a --nosign parameter for build-dpkg.sh.
Use a mktemp(1) invocation compatible with FreeBSD.
Allow tar(1) program override.
Allow CC, CXX, CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS environment override.
Require debhelper 7.0 so we can build on hardy (using backports).
Don't override compilers for HandlerSocket and UDF.
Quieter output for build-rpm.sh.
Allow a separate compiler for HandlerSocket and UDF.
