- Adding installer cmake file to control the installer builds.
- Removing the individual files in the installer xml and replacing with directory for a full directory packaging.  Also adding common section for uninstaller.
- changing build script to run one cmake instead of client/server cmakes.n
- removing path information from mira-server so that it can be relative to whichever CMake is being called.
