Update website visual design with the following significant changes:

* Improve the navigation usability by making links bigger and more noticable;
* Reduce the height of the header element and make better use of the space available;
* Use modern CSS instead of relying on images for everything;
* Use recommended practice for overriding Trac templates;
* Improve typography and use of whitespace to better separate UI elements;
