Improved pipelines
  - Reset on unhandled Exceptions (this is still a hack, need to detect and properly terminate threads)

Improved 2D sections
  - Shape sets now hold a list of windows
  - Sections appear immediately (rather than having to be manipulated first)
  - Move sections to point (2D) works without 3D node

  - Interpolation in volume mapping
      - nearest neighbour
      - trilinear
      - tricubic (has memory issues with moderately large volumes) - based on Apache Math Commons
