* Renamed the ubuntu-mobile/app folder into ubuntu-mobile/apps
* Added ubuntu-mobile/actions/scalable and ubuntu-mobile/apps/symbolic
* Removed some folders: ubuntu-mobile/app/36, ubuntu-mobile/status/48
* Moved all the symbolic icons for applications (from ubuntu-mobile/actions/scalable and ubuntu-mobile/apps/scalable) to ubuntu-mobile/apps/symbolic. Most of these ions have been also renamed.
* Modified the index.theme file according to the new folder structure
* Updated all the SVG icons so that they do not use clipping anymore
* Renamed some application icons to match the iconame defined in the corresponding .desktop file
* Added missing application icons: calendar, wikipedia
* Added missing indicator icons: airplane-mode, nm-no-connection (symlink to wifi-no-connection)
* Added missing action icons: clear-search
* Improved design of application icons: evernote and facebook
* Removed unused script remove@XX.sh.
