* Add a correct Section control fields for binary packages.
* libxkbui1{,-dbg} don't need to depend on x11-common.
* Use ${binary:Version} instead of the deprecated ${Source-Version}.
* autoreconf with current autotools to get updated config.{guess,sub}.
