* Modify to update config.{guess,sub} during the build using autotools-dev:
- debian/control: Add Build-Depends on autotools-dev
- debian/rules: Add call to dh_autoreconf when configuring and to
dh_autoreconf_clean when cleaning
This fixes the FTBFS for the adm64 architecture (Closes: #727976)
