* Fix FTBFS by running autoreconf -vfi before calling ./configure, which
looks better than patching Makefile.in's manually. Thanks to Thorsten

* Add autoconf, automake, autopoint, and libtool to Build-Depends
accordingly.
* Set severity to “high” for the RC bug fix.
