* Updated XPIs to 1.5 (taken from current Dapper version) to work with
  Firefox 1.5.0.7.
* Fixed pa_IN.xpi's install.rdf.
* Removed XPIs that do not have an 1.5 version: af-ZA, ast-ES, pt-PT, sq-AL,
  xh-ZA. Added dummy packages for those to debian/dummy/unavail.control.
* Removed themes/, Firefox has builtin RTL support now.
* Removed all postinst/postrm scripts, not necessary any more.
* Updated version numbers in Conflicts: in templates and all packages.
* Updated debian/rules with changes from dapper to fix build process for
  1.5-style.
