* Allegro transition: change build-depends from allegro-dev to
  allegro4.2-dev.
* Change binary package libalogg to libalogg1 to match the soname
  of the library (move debian/libalogg.* to debian/libalogg1.*
  and update the control-file) (See DBTS: #354516).
* Remove debian/libalogg1.shlibs, since it is not needed.
* Add conflicts/replaces to libalogg1 for libalogg to ensure
  a smooth upgrade path.
