* Provide linux-boot-loader virtual package.

* Fix detection of kdump kernels to not abandon all hope when there
  aren't any, and thus prevent kernel installs.

* On upgrade, alter the kopt line in menu.lst to refer to the root
  filesystem by UUID.  We get install for free because fstab is parsed.
