* Changes to configure.in, so rxtx can be compiled with recent versions
  of Kaffe and hence can be moved from contrib to main.
* Removed unnecessary postinst.
* Fixed Build-Depends and Depends to include a real package (kaffe-dev,
  kaffe) in order to shut up lintian.
