* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - debian/patches/:
    + 03_fix_2.18_multimedia_keys: Rename from 02_... to
      accomodate new Debian patch,
    + 04_dont_append_commas_on_broken_id3v2,
  - debian/control:
    + Adhere to DebianMaintainerField,
    + Add libipodui-cil to dependencies until dh_clideps is
      updated.
