* Dropped all our source patches, they are upstream now.
* Drop 20_disable_generic_mtp_udev_rule.dpatch; this is a wrong fix for
  LP #76077 aka. Debian #408253 since it prevents the check-ptp-camera
  script from getting into the udev rules. Upstream has this already fixed
  in 2.3.1.
* Add debian/patches/20_fix-zero-vendor-ids.dpatch: Fix zero vendor/product
  IDs in udev rules. (LP #76077)
