* driver/windows.c:
- grab_keyboard_and_mouse(): Only succeed if we could really grab the
keyboard (not the mouse alternatively).
- saver_sighup_handler(): Only cleanup blanking if we really blanked the
screen.
- blank_screen(): Enforce keyboard grabbing even if using a server
extension.
