* Ensure to load sctp module at startup. This workaround a kernel starvation
  problem when using only TCP as described here:

  Using sctp will not completely fix the problem, but it will make much less
  problematic.
  On the same scenario a SCTP enable tests was able to work up to 100 times
  more load than on TCP only.
